Asked about the decision to clear the T-Mobile-Sprint deal despite moving to block the AT&T-Time Warner merger, Delrahim attributed the attempted lawsuit to AT&T's resistance to offering up concessions in a settlement with the DOJ. "Here the parties decide to engage in the settlement discussion to address the harms," Delrahim said of the T-Mobile deal. "Had they not, we would’ve litigated. But that is the difference.
Pai, cheering the settlement and final structure of the deal in a statement Friday, said he plans to soon circulate an order to his fellow commissioners officially signing off on the merger. He already secured the support of the FCC's two other GOP commissioners when he announced his recommendation, meaning the agency will almost certainly vote through the approval order even if the Democratic minority objects.

SprintSucks
But Sprint sucks. Does that mean they'll get better or that T-Mobile will embrace the suck?

What a coincidence after T Mobile spent over $100,000 at Trump hotels
This is actually great news for competitions and prices will come down. T-Mobile is more innovative and nimble that Verizon and AT&T
Actually this will keep Sprint alive and give a stronger competitor the ability to challenge Verizon and AT&T.
