Pippa Murray, who set up Pip & Nut, suffered from imposter syndrome, and had to overcome these feelings of self-doubt in order to make her business a success.

Ask anybody to name a peanut butter brand that existed seven years ago, and the chances are they’d struggle to come up with much beyond Sun-Pat. That’s what Pippa Murray found while she was marathon training in 2013, anyway, when she was using peanut butter on toast to fuel her runs. “I fell in love with it as a snack, but discovered lots of the brands I was picking up were full of sugar, or contained palm oil,” she tells Cosmopolitan UK.
