Developer Hillwood, which is best known for the AllianceTexas project north of Fort Worth, is planning a business park on U.S. Highway 67 in Midlothian.

The more than 1 million-square-foot development will include four buildings valued at more than $60 million, according to planning documents filed with the state. Hillwood’s plans for Midlothian follow its successful development of an industrial project up the highway in Cedar Hill. Hillwood’sbusiness park in Cedar Hill will have more than 2 million square feet of warehouse and distribution space in four buildings.
