Of the 105 finalists in 35 award categories, there were 53 nominations for Calgary area companies competing for best in new home design for single and multi-family homes, in professional renovations, community development projects, safety leadership and innovation.
Douglas Homes, also with multiple trophies from the 2021 Awards, has four nominations for homes in Calgary and one for a model in Cochrane. Crystal Creek Homes and Homes by Avi each have three finalist spots, as does Canada Lands Co. and University of Calgary Property Group who are competing in the Best Community Feature and Best Community Event categories.Article content
The Best Showhome Parade Category was all-Calgary affair with Brookfield Residential nominated for Rockland Park, Section 23 Developments for Rangeview and WestCreek Developments for the show homes parade in Wolf Willow. Four prestigious Pinnacle Awards will be awarded to the top scoring small and large builders along with the top developer and renovator. Points are based on the finalist results along with additional points for community service, association leadership, safety leadership and customer service.
