The DEP issued the company a notice of violation.

An investigation by inspectors from the DEP found that TopTop Packaging improperly dumped red dye into the waste water system, DEP spokesman Lawrence Hajna said.

I do t mind that the CEO was not immediately available to comment. But when he’s done talking to his lawyer and publicist, can you follow up on the ridiculous statement that will be coming?

To be fair they flushed food coloring down the toilet and the wastewater treatment facility released it into the creek.
