Being the second-largest producer of coconuts in the world, the Philippines specifically created coconut-focused agencies, such as the National Coconut Corporation, and the Coconut Coordinating Council. Know more:

Coconut parts, from top to bottom, from inside and out, are useful and can sustain human life. Historically, people use coconut in myriad of ways: for food, clothing, water, tools, even for soap. During World War II in the Pacific, military pilots , or sailors , survive for many months on nothing other than coconuts. Since then, its obvious use is cooking, where various food recipes become gastronomically delightful when infused with coconut cream.

When it comes to smiles, the word coconut supposedly came from the Spanish word “coco” meaning “grin,” which can be seen on the coconut’s three-indention shell design. Despite having a “nut” in its name, a coconut is a fruit, hailing from the coconut palm, a tree of the palm family. In the food industry, coconuts are one of the healthiest foods. In the Bible, metaphorically speaking, there is a verse that says the “righteous will flourish like a palm tree…planted in the house of the Lord.

Founded on said predicate, believers can be a coconut to the extent that they ought to spread the good news about the life-saving message of our Savior from one land to another.
