She’s not happy that money from the sale of the park land will be used to remediate soil polluted by another city department.
“All of the land is on title as Richmond Green Regional Park, including the OWC site,” said Ellis. “Roads has contaminated regional park space, and Roads should find a budget to clean it up.”Article content
