Cathy Mitchell, a MetroTex Building Task Force member and past president who inherited the project after Callicutt, said she’s thrilled with the finished product.

“We will see a different market,” she said. “It will soften up. These multiple offers that have been going on for the last two years, we're going to see that change. But that's OK. It's still going to be a good market. Dallas is strong and we've got great infrastructure.”
