Ms Hey joined the board in July 2011 and was appointed as its chair in 2019. She was the first woman to hold the position in the bank's history.Mr Foster has been on the bank's board since 2019. He chairs its financial risk committee and is a member of its people, culture and transformation committee."It has been a privilege to serve with Jacquie on the board and I am pleased to be appointed chair of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank," he said.
