Ford Motor Co., executive chairman Bill Ford, announces the automaker's new BlueOval Battery Park, Monday, Feb. 13, 2023, in Romulus, Mich. on the "future of American manufacturing" amid the historic United Auto Workers strike.

Ford called for an agreement with the union, and threatened a potential collapse in the automotive supply chain if the strike continues.
