It started with tourists travelling to the Kimberley to find their dream cruise cancelled and now a liquidator's report says $3 million owed to customers, employees and other businesses will not be repaid.

Alison Branch and her partner were left $17,000 out of pocket after travelling in April 2018 from Perth to Wyndham in the Kimberley, only to find the cruise they had paid for was cancelled."These people are so unscrupulous, they knew that they weren't going to sail, yet they got us up there." "They're just shonky as, and they should have been on somebody's radar list from 2016," Ms Branch said.He skippered the cruise boat on and off for two years for Ahoy Buccaneers, while his fiance was head deckhand and chef.

"We nearly lost our house for overdue rent and had to struggle with the bills, nearly getting electricity and phone cut off," Mr Richards said.
