But for Colossal Biosciences - a company that hopes to reintroduce extinct species such as the dodo and the mammoth - it is more than just a film script. Mr Lamm says the company is already working with local governments, conservation groups, indigenous people groups, private land lowers, and the public at large, to prepare for the animals to be returned to their natural habitat.
