I grew up in the suburb of Lagos, in Orile which avails me to have vast experience. I learnt lesson in the hard way and that availed me all the successes I am recalling today.There were lots of environmental stigmatization from the so-called elites but I was not bothered.It was founded in 2003 when I was in JSS3. It was a profession that I inherited from my mother. All my brothers also inherited the profession and we are all great cooks.

My favorite is prawn rice, a recipe I created through the seaside Fisher dish, I turned it around and introduced African spices and herbs to give it this unique African/Caribbean taste that is so amazing. The ingredients include Basmati Rice, Oil, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli, Onion, Green Bell Pepper, Soy Sauce, Lemon Juice, Salt to taste, Sugar, Black Pepper Powder, Spring Onion.Cook Basmati Rice as per boiled without spices. Set aside.
