BCCP Chairman Chris Nelson said this would further encourage investors to set

up shop in the Philippines, and it would also boost Foreign Direct Investments.

This law will for sure fast track some processes, but unless we open our country to the floodgates of FDIs, this law will be useless. This is one step but we need to be more aggressive.
