U.S. stock futures, Europe stocks lower after airstrike killing Iran general

European stocks opened lower Friday in the wake of the U.S. missile strike killing a senior Iranian general in Baghdad. The German DAX DAX, -1.48% fell 0.9% and the U.K. FTSE 100 UKX, -0.48% slipped 0.

3%. Futures in the S&P 500 ES00, -1.08% fell 1%, while crude-oil futures CL.1, +3.56% climbed 3%.
