Dont know what the problem is..after all our parliamentary representatives chosen by us sold our water assets..so if now we are being looted by these rich people..it is our own fault..

For anyone unaware the 'right amount of debt' is that which gives you the best tax shield without dramatically increasing your weighted average cost of capital.
