Jamaican officials hope to see daily flights from Gatwick and Heathrow to keep up with growing demand

THE UNITED Kingdom has become the fastest-growing travel market for Jamaica. Financial earnings from the market are standing at £365 million in comparison to pre-pandemic earnings of £330 million.

“So, the UK market is good, and we are happy for that, and I would like to thank the team, led by our Regional Director, Elizabeth Fox, for helping our recovery efforts greatly,” said Mr Bartlett. Director of Tourism Donovan White said he hopes to see daily flights from airports like Gatwick and Heathrow in the coming years.
