Evan’s Meat Market, now open, brings Cajun flavors to Highland Park

At Evan’s, customers can walk in without knowing what they want to cook for dinner and get tips from the chatty staff.

The shop will dry-age steaks for any length of time a customer requests. And they hope to be a spot where neighbors stop in to source meat and sides for dinner parties. Owner Evan Meagher stands with head butcher Michael Lawson and store manager Brer Wyant at Evan's Meat Market in Highland Park.
