U.K. stocks continue negative streak, decrease for third session

Among FTSE 100 constituents, hotels company InterContinental Hotels Group PLC IHG, -4.48% saw the largest drop Friday, as shares fell 4.48%

HSBC Holdings PLC HSBA, -3.95%, a major international banks company, and software business Sage Group PLC SGE, -3.73% rounded out the top five largest decreases as their stocks fell 3.95% and 3.73%, respectively. Shares of investment advisors firm Hargreaves Lansdown PLC HL, +1.13% and precious metals company Fresnillo PLC FRES, +0.95% rose 1.13% and 0.95%, respectively.

The pound was up 0.06% against dollar GBPUSD, +0.02% at $1.2151 and was down 0.02% against the euro GBPEUR, -0.03% at €1.1473.
