Apparently the rush to build mc-mansions was as bad an idea as I was warned 20yrs ago. I was warned that US tastes were going to edge to smaller houses as baby boomers want to scale down and the next generation after would follow that trend. That lady was was one smart cookie.
Boomers screwed Millennial/GenXers futures for their own greed and head-up-their-own-ass'edness. We can't afford places that fifty years ago could be paid for with a single full time job in the family.
