The Federal High Court in Lagos has ordered that a vessel, MV Shirley, should be forfeited to the Federal Government for being used for illegal conveyance of 145,000 litres of petroleum products.

He awarded a fine of N100m against Sagwe International Limited and issued an order for the arrest of the fleeing Ogede. In the four counts against the convicts, the EFCC told the court that they dealt in 145,000 litres of petroleum product without lawful authority or appropriate licence.
