Finance Ministry knocks 9 sen off RON97

The Ministry of Finance has reduced the price of RON97 by 9 sen to RM2.53 per litre, effective midnight tonight. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, January 17, 2020.

RON97 fuel is nine sen cheaper for the coming week, from RM2.62 per litre to RM2.53, the Ministry of Finance said in its weekly update on fuel prices, effective from midnight tonight. The price of RON95 and diesel remain capped at RM2.08 per litre and RM2.18 per litre, respectively, until next Friday.
