The students are accusing the university's president, a senior fellow of Harvard Corporation, and Harvard's endowment manager, Harvard Management Company , of a"violation of fiduciary duty and breach of the Harvard charter."Jason Newton, a spokesman for Harvard University, confirmed the university received a copy of the complaint Wednesday but wouldn't comment further.

Love it when the Left's insanity is turned against itself

Running a prison system for profit is just wrong. The fact that Harvard has them in their investment portfolio must mean they're paying large dividends. Are they making those profits by providing sub-standard services?

Idiots, free all the prisoners & make this a 3rd world country. How can anyone especially an educated college student or professor. Most of them are or will be lawyers. Why did you waste all that money to be a lawyer if you won't work to keep us safe.the first 3 letters are law!
