. Companies that have been approved will receive approval letters from MITI to continue operating, subject to conditions set by the ministry.

3. Can companies that produce products not listed on the critical product lists appeal to operate throughout the MCO? A: No. Only approved and the selected company is allowed to operate, subject to the terms and conditions. This move is important to ensure the effectiveness of the MCO. In any situation where machines and factory equipment have to remain in operation for technical reasons, it can be done but with minimum manpower. Application for concerning the matter can be forwarded to MITI.A: No. Only critical products are allowed to be manufactured.

A: Yes. The company should click on the Asean Single Window upon application to ensure that the e-Form D can be submitted electronically through the ASW platform to the importing countries. Should the company faces difficulties, please email to
