Millions of Muslims around the world will be observing Ramadan during the months of April and May this year.Millions of Muslims around the world will soon begin observing Ramadan, during which strict fasting is observed from sunrise to sunset.

And whatever you do, don't make a joke about their fasting.Reem Nasr is communications associate for healthcare company siParadigm Diagnostics in New Jersey. She's also a woman in her 20s observing Ramadan, the ninth month of the Islamic year, during which strict fasting is observed from sunrise to sunset., Nasr will begin 30 days of fasting from sunrise to sunset later this week.

You might be embarrassed by the lack of knowledge, but most Muslims welcome questions from colleagues and friends. Being open about Ramadan can also help employees plan their meetings during the daytime when fasting Muslims have more energy. . This actually may make the holiday more difficult, as Ramadan is traditionally a social holiday: Muslims break their fast with family and friends, and visit mosques more often for additional prayers.

At one office where Nasr worked, a boss privately asked her if she needed any special accommodations while observing Ramadan. Nasr asked to be able to leave on time, at 5 pm, rather than staying late, which she habitually did. The gesture made her feel appreciated and recognized. It's rather our problem to get along with ill mannered colleagues and their stinky mouths.

HungryyWolf Just leave them be, mind your own business and be respectful as you would with anyone, fasting or not. It’s not a big deal and it’s a personal thing. People are on diets all the time you don’t see people bothering them abt it

Sounds rather threatening.....

Fire them so they can fast all they want.

Let's not assume they need our support other than minding our own damn business.

Just when I thought you couldn’t possibly write anything more idiotic, BI proves me wrong, again.

Hotels offer future travel credits during coronavirus shutdowns - Business InsiderTravelers can buy credits for hotels affected by the pandemic and redeem them for a higher value later, when it's safe to travel again. That’s a good idea. I think other industries could also utilize this tactic. I don't see people traveling again internationally if a country's hospitals haven't been able to expand capacity, if people have been untreated. Great idea but I no longer have an income and finding it’s impossible to get unemployment.
