In a statement, the company said it would focus more on news that "hits big in the United States" as the world grapples with the coronavirus pandemic. "We will be consulting with employees on our plans regarding furloughs and stand-downs in these regions," it added., the company has furloughed its 10 news staff in the UK, as well as four in its Australian outpost.According to Business Insider's Lucia Moses
Now they need to shut down in the US.
