"We recognise that this pandemic has created major challenges for the sector and are working closely with them to develop comprehensive guidance for performances and events to return as soon as possible," she said.

The multi-instrumentalist said:"When people think about Britishness I hope that they're talking these days about Stormzy through to the Beatles.

They need to consider donating themselves they scammed us for years pay up you overpaid

It’s the people who work in the music business, ie the roadcrews, technicians of various descriptions ( and they are highly skilled people) who are really suffering. No tours= no income as many are self employed and not paid a fortune! The stars are fine!

Oh,, because they haven't already got enough money and want more.

And what about our theatres.. performing arts... rxtheatre

Money before public health? Sod off.

Tell that to the 42,000+ who have died through this virus, lives matter, not live music.

How about they pay their taxes in the UK and put some of their combined billions back into the industry. The likes of McCartney will be dead soon so he could comfortably donate 99% of his £1.2 bn fortune 🤔

Why don’t the stars use their millions to support all the venues and low paid people to keep the industry going. They should give back to what they have taken so much from

As the media pleaded hysterically it's a little ironic these stars are pleading to the media now..

'Stars' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Multi millionaires asking for money lol... get your hands in your own pockets first! Don't give them free publicity!

Support your local chippy, screw these lot!

Buy our music. We’re not rich enough!

How much support are the stars given the poorer end of the ladder. They seem to talk alot about help all these different groups but also seem to have short arms and deep pockets.

I can't see how large gatherings or festivals/gigs will ever happen again COVID-19 is here for good.

Why when we can stream the stuff for free 🤔 the crap you lot pump out now is rarely classed as musical genius anyway , mostly rip offs or attention seeking shite

PaulMcCartney leonalewis PhilCollinsFeed Please can you help me and bectu UK_Music philippachilds with asking OliverDowden RishiSunak for support. As for the last 4 months, 200 000 paye freelancers are still excludeduk from Government support, they are ignoring our plea

Naaa get out and play if we like we will pay. Oh and DefundTheBBC obviously.

Use their own bloody money, they earn far more than us normal tax payers.

They are all desperate to be heard.. Their ego's have took a battering.

If they created some decent tunes they could support themselves .... Just a crazy idea 🤔

Not while former UKLabour knuckle head tom_watson is head UK_Music They can keep on pleading smh

is PaulMcCartney from Speke ?

Donate loads of your cash then....no pockets in a shroud. 🧐

Of course they do $$$$

Why don’t they pay their taxes in full or donate some of their millions themselves? That would really show their dedication to the arts.

back whatever apart from blm

That’s what I’m missing the most going to see live artists
