WeWork faces 3 new discrimination and harassment lawsuits, including a complaint that says a manager brought knives and a crossbow to work

WeWork is facing three new lawsuits from former employees alleging harassment and discrimination.

A spokesman for WeWork declined to comment on Thursday. A WeWork representative told other media outlets on Wednesday that the company had investigated the two cases filed Wednesday and found them to be without merit. Stiles, who insinuated he had contacts in the Mafia, brought weapons including knives and a crossbow to work, the complaint said. In recent months, as WeWork employees worked remotely, Stiles showed off weapons including crossbows, knives, and a machete on team Zoom calls.

Fitzgerald starting seeing a therapist during the summer of 2019 because of anxiety and depression exacerbated by WeWork. She says that in early January, her boss's supervisor at the time, Duong, asked her why she couldn't be happier. Later, when COVID-19 hit New York City, he insisted Fitzgerald come into the office, though she was not comfortable doing so, according to the complaint.
