These people have no track record in the industry yet claim that they have all the solutions to bring about a revival of the industry. They are determined to make Finas a beacon of hope for industry players and assist them to succeed in this difficult environment. Thirdly, it will take time to train the necessary staff to match the administrative capabilities of the Finas team, which is already familiar with music industry players, many of whom are active in the film industry as well.
