381 complaints lodged against airline industry, says Mavcom

Malaysia Airlines recorded the highest number of complaints per million passengers during H1 2020, says Mavcom. – The Malaysian Insight file pic, August 24, 2020.

THE Malaysian Aviation Commission received 384 complaints from January 1 to June 30 this year, of which 381 reports were against the airline industry and three against airports, the commission said in its Consumer Report published today.Effective July 2018, access to full reports will only be available with a subscription.
