Boris Johnson plans to resign in six months, according to the father-of-law of his chief adviser.
Silverman says she had the conversation with Wakefield when she bumped into him on a trip to Chillingham Castle in Northumberland, northeast England. However, a Downing Street source strongly denied the claim that Johnson was planning to resign in six months' time, describing it to Business Insider as "utter nonsense."
Covid19 had weakened him undoubtedly!
He’ll have finished wrecking our country by then.

Nothing to do with avoiding the public outrage when the reality of the brexit shit show hits the pan then BorisHasFailedBritain
Once Boris & Cummings are gone, they can be prosecuted for Corporate Manslaughter and dereliction of duty. Tories always use ill health as an excuse to resign when it’s really because they have had enough. Ideally he should have retired due to ill health in April.
Come on Pal take it on the chin.
Will anyone notice
Boris just keeps trying to avoid dealing with Brexit even after having had to deal with most of Brexit
They're not health problems, more like head problems. Bozo has realised that his plans to become king, are flawed and won't happen. Now all he needs is someone to blame...
Bloody hell! in that photo he looks just as old as his dad
Brings a new meaning to “not fit to be Prime Minister”. BorisHasFailedBritain Resign BorisJohnson
The best he could do.
If only. I guess that's why Wormtongue is looking perky - dead man's shoes?
Rather he's an inept, corrupt liar.
Similar situation in the early 50s with Churchill having a stroke , it was all kept down I wouldn't doubt he's been ill but I wouldn't fall for all that Mills & Boon BS in The Sun like 'Pray for him' '& worked himself to deaths door for you' More likely at Oddbins door 😇
No, he will resign in 6 months because by then a No Deal Brexit will have been secured - which was his only real function in being PM anyway!
jchaltiwanger why 6 months? why not now?
Johnson would resign or be pushed out sooner rather than later: he is too lazy and ineffectual to be anything other than a figurehead PM when what is needed is someone competent. He has the perfect excuse to go before he is pushed (or when pushed).
BIUK What
BIUK_Politics Boris probably got cloned when he was taken away sick because he is not the same man and now we are all screwed
Dom goes in two months from memory.
BIUK After the looting .
And he's trying to get people back to the office so they can catch it too, unlike him most people can't retire 6 months later
Yeah for sure. He really takes us for idiots.
This is the guy who encouraged the nation under his watch to 'take coronavirus on the chin.' What a terrible error of judgement.

Right, nothing to do with the fact he's incapable of doing the job just like his buddy Trump, all braggadocio and fluff with no real content or worth, yet another disgusting chapter in British politics. No surprise though, given his supports & colleagues.
Rona!

Politicsinsider Huge if true. Also drives home that there's far more to this plague than deaths.

'would stand down' is not the same as 'will stand down' !!!
BIUK If BoJo is not up to the job ( as he never has been actually), he should resigned straight away, before him incompetence killed the country for good
Wow
Politicsinsider He can go out with his buddy Don
Even he recovered as Covid19 had damaged the body systems undoubtedly therefore it's best to wear facemasks to prevent infection!

Spotted in Durham, Dominic Cummings thinking he's better than everyone else.
