Walsh develops DocuSign's strategy of acquiring and retaining customers onto its platform. The company saw a large uptick in paying customers over the last year, from 560,000 to more than 890,000, and plans to continue expanding its user base. The strategy that Alhadeff helped develop at DocuSign is oriented across"four key dimensions," according to the company: geography, specific industries or verticals, customer size, and new vs. existing customers.

Heath's experience in a similar role at United Airlines, as well as eight years"walking a beat" in law enforcement as a fraud squad detective in the UK police force, gives her an understanding of how"security and operational efficacy blend together," said Casey.Giglio's biggest challenge as chief marketing officer is to convince companies and individuals that digitizing agreements with DocuSign is a more efficient and secure way of doing business.
