National Prosecuting Authority spokesperson, Eric Ntabazalila, says Mafe appeared in the Cape Town Magistrate’s court on Thursday where the presiding officer made the order for him to be admitted for observation. Meanwhile, EFF leader Julius Malema says negligence was the main cause of the recent fire that gutted the National Assembly buildings at Parliament.
