Illinois developer eyes new McKinney business park

An Illinois-based industrial developer is headed to McKinney with plans for a new business park.

Becknell has previously built warehouse projects in southern Dallas, the San Antonio and Houston areas and in the Rio Grande Valley. The development on McIntyre Road would include more than 525,000 square feet of space in three buildings, according to planning documents filed with the state.
