It always puts a smile on my face when I'm in a restaurant, bar or hotel and see the regional provenance of their Irish food suppliers. Many Irish chefs and venue owners are so proud of their locavore credentials that they'll list their suppliers on a first name basis - the farmer who supplies their steaks, for example.Subscribe from just €1 for the first month!
