Dallas Cowboy’s owner Jerry Jones is adding to his developments in Frisco.
Located on Preston Road east of the Dallas North Tollway, the 200-acre industrial development has been in the works since 2018. That’s when Blue Star Land bought the property located just south of U.S. Highway 380. Blue Star Land and Lincoln Property now plan to start construction on another 132,054 square-foot speculative warehouse building in Star Business Park, planning documents filed with the state show.The developers are currently marketing three other buildings in Star Business Park for sale.
