BANGKOK : Thailand's key policy rate should not be high while the country is in the midst of an economic recovery, while a jump in inflation recorded in May was due to base effects, its finance minister said on Monday.
Arkhom Termpittayapaisith also told reporters that the government was aiming to keep diesel prices as low as possible.
