An international investor has upped its already substantial industrial property holdings near DFW International Airport.
The just-acquired warehouse and distribution buildings were completed last year and have more than 1 million square feet. The buildings are along State Highway 161 and are near other properties owned by BentallGreenOak. Tenants in the buildings include Pitney Bowes and Salata. the 1.4 million-square-foot Gateway Logistics Center at DFW International Airport. The five-building business park at Airport Freeway and Valley View Lane had tenants including Heritage Auctions, Samsung, Hello Fresh, Legendzways Distribution and Hussmann Corp.
