Here's one market Amazon can't easily crack: Car parts

Parts are parts. This is one industry that is about personal customer service and expertise. That’s one thing amazon can’t provide. I’ll stick to the experts at AutoZone.

I never knew Advance Auto was so big but I get parts for my kid's cars from them online. Have been for years.
