The Central and Eastern Europe portfolio was the best performer for the 2022 financial year

Fortress Reit, the specialist developer and owner of premium logistics properties, reported record low vacancy rates for its SA portfolio, while its Central and Eastern Europe assets, the best performers for the 2022 financial year, saw value increase for the period ended June 30.

Fortress is a JSE-listed real estate investment trust specialising in the logistics and retail property sectors. It owns 52 shopping centres in SA with partners. It holds a 23.6% stake in Nepi Rockcastle with operations in the Central and East European region...
