Roehrich, a restaurant consultant, had bought the property at 4621 E. Camelback Road in Phoenix, about 22 years ago, but then four years ago he essentially razed it and rebuilt it into his dream home.The home features a chef's kitchen, complete with a commercial walk-in cooler and freezer, a pizza oven and two Bosch dishwashers. The property also has a pickleball court, putting green, five custom fireplaces, pool and a home gym."It's still in Arcadia Proper," he said.
