"The city has no interest in taking care of any of their property. It's all destroyed, along with every piece of city furniture. And street furniture is destroyed along Ventura Boulevard. Businesses are closed, glass [is broken], graffiti," he said. Raman’s office did not respond to multiple requests for comment, nor did they offer a comment to Fox News. Two mayoral candidates debated Thursday and listed homelessness as their top concern, yet the city continues to break under its weight.
