'I’m getting less interviews than I did before I joined tech. You’re going for roles where you know you have the experience and you’re just getting those kinds of stock email responses saying you’ve been rejected.'

Are we supposed to feel sympathy for these people? These aren’t unskilled miners in northern England in the 80’s. They chop and change jobs for bigger pay regularly, they’ve hefty severance packages. Cry me river.
