“This was a really exciting opportunity because Provident really does it all,” Vestal said. “Their projects run the gamut from industrial, hospitality, multifamily, mixed-use, etc. That’s pretty unique for a development company.”
The company was willing to give her time to have her baby and to spend a few months closing out some projects for Vigavi. Vestal is also in the process of leasing office space, which will allow her to hire staff. She plans to hire at least three analysts and two development partners in the coming months.
