Construction of the mall and light rail in the area have raised concerns for the existing Castles N' Coasters theme park. phoenix

Councilwoman Ann O'Brien said the city's economic development department went through 25 different proposals for the property. There's new retail, which we hear from the community is very exciting and needed," Gallego said at the meeting."It is a property right on our light rail."Not everyone is happy about the redevelopment, however.
