It wasn’t until she was pregnant, and diagnosed with endometriosis, that Tia Mowry began prioritizing food and cooking again. Now she's produced a cooking show, a cookbook and a her own cooking products.

, a reality show, and a growing family, she had no time to focus on her culinary dreams.

“I feel very blessed to have been given the opportunity to work so much in the cooking space, as it’s been a lifelong love of mine,” she tells me. “I feel such a sense of gratitude for all that I’ve done so far and when you are grateful, the universe just opens up so much for you.”—which launched in partnership with Gibson last year.

“I discovered I was lactose intolerant in high school and, when I started food shopping for myself, I remember seeing Lactaid Milk on the shelf and thinking that I should try something new.”
