Regal Investment fund launched a $79.8 million equity raise on Thursday morning to stock up its recently launched private credit strategy.

The offer was for $3.01 per unit, a tight 7.1 per cent discount to the last traded price and 5.1 per cent lower than the 10-day volume weighted average price. The raise was being done at its net asset value from last Friday.P Corporate Advisory was the lead arranger and also a joint lead manager. The broker syndicate included ShawMore to come
