“These dishes are great examples of how we create menu items for all dietary needs and how everyone can find something they love at Noodles & Company,” says Danielle Moore, director of communications at Noodles & Company. Zoodles and caulifloodles are available for the carb conscious. The menu also has options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free diets.
