The market, made up of 14 stalls, runs for three days a week

There are plans for the relocated Arnold Market to stay in Eagle Square until the end of the year. Traders were moved to the square from their original town centre location after 50 years there while the works were carried out on the AMP development, which opened last year.

The extension will be discussed at the Environment and Licensing Committee on January 10. Arnold Market is made up of 14 stalls trading on Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays selling products including fruit and veg, fashion and butchery. The new AMP development is home to a wine tasting experience outlet, a cat and dog accessory and treats store, a cake shop and a delicatessen – as well as the relocated Post Office.
