RCMP on the Burin Peninsula are looking for information on a large quantity of stolen merchandise that might be in circulation in the region.

Police say a number of items were stolen from an area of Aylward’s Home Hardware in Marystown that is occupied by The Source. The break-in, which occurred around 10 p.m. on Tuesday, February 14, was discovered and reported the next morning.was taken including multiple iPhones and Sony PlayStation 5 gaming systems.

They’re asking anyone with information related to the theft, or anyone attempting to sell the stolen merchandise to contact Burin Peninsula RCMP at 279-3001 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477.
